Absentee Bidding

We accept Absentee bids on certain items. Bidder must provide Name, Address, Phone Number, Credit Card information. A 13% Buyers Premium will be added to the final Sale Price Plus tax if applicable. It usually takes at least a week to Ship your items and we use UPS Pack & Ship for hard to pack Items, so make sure you bid with that in mind!

Please call after 1:00 pm  on Tuesday, the day before the sale, to leave bids. We DO NOT accept bids on the day of the sale!

  Terms for New Bidders In House

To Receive a Bidder Number We require your credit card information to be on file with us in order to place bids. To accommodate for this we collect your credit card information at the time of registration. You will still need to check out at the end of your purchases to pay for your items, and receive a receipt. Please note you will not be able to place bids without providing this information: Bidder must provide Name, Address, Phone Number, Valid Credit Card information, Valid Drivers License.

For Bidders wishing to bring Children, they must be supervised at all times by an Adult. Children are NOT allowed in the Box Lot Area. Persons entering Auction Site are responsible for breakage.  Treasure Grove Auctions,  or Rick Grove Auctioneer, shall not be held responsible for any and all personal injuries.

​

We have our own facility, with a large Auction Gallery, with plenty of Seating, 3 Big Screen TV's, A Large Store Front Window Showroom, and Showcase for displaying upcoming Auction Items, and plenty of parking. All of our auctions are held here unless otherwise stated as an "On Site" auction.
